Hypericum Gold (2019) documents the deconstruction of the shrub, otherwise known as St John’s wort ‘Gold Cup’, when removed from the artist’s garden.

The large scale cyanotype print (120 x 170cm) made in three parts, root ball, interior branches and leaves and printed on cotton fabric.

Hypericum Gold was displayed at ‘We make Art too’, an exhibition of work by members of the Contemporary Art Society for Wales (CASW) at Art Central, Barry, 26th Oct to 16th Nov 2019. This work is now in a private collection.
